Kits contain multiple head diameters. Always check and adjust your grinder RPM when switching between shapes — a larger head diameter requires significantly lower RPM than a smaller one.

Store burrs safely between uses

What die grinder do I need to use with the carbide burr kits?
All burrs in our kits use a standard 1/4-inch shank, which fits the collet of any die grinder, rotary tool, or flexible shaft machine with a 1/4-inch collet. This includes all major air-powered and electric die grinder brands. For smaller shapes, a high-speed rotary tool with a 1/4-inch collet adapter also works. If you only have a 1/8-inch collet, contact us as we offer individual burrs and kits in 1/8-inch shank sizes as well.
Can the individual burrs in the kit be resharpened?
Yes. All burrs in our kits are solid tungsten carbide and can be professionally resharpened.
